Job Details
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college/university.
- Five to seven years’ experience in real estate mortgage industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage lending, compliance, regulatory requirements and managing others.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage operations including secondary marketing
- Proven track record of leading a large-scale mortgage operation and meeting growth targets
- Thorough understanding of the technology used in the mortgage industry to drive results.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality & strong ethical standards.
- Actively displays diplomacy, tact and professionalism in actions.
- Has the responsibility to have a cooperative and positive attitude toward members and credit union staff.
- Technologically savvy, competent and able to use Microsoft products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and etc.), LOS systems and other relevant software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
