Job Details
- Develop, implement, and manage batch record review and batch release processes for contract manufacturers and applicable business partners. Work directly with Qualified Persons (QP) in countries requiring additional Quality reviews and implement supplementary batch review processes as needed.
- Optimize and maintain a system for performing, tracking, and trending of Investigations, Deviations, and Corrective Actions.
- This position will be responsible for the system(s) to be used for these functions as well as the oversight of Quality Assurance reviews and approvals of the actual Investigations, Deviations, and Corrective Actions.
- Optimize and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system, SOPs will be used to provide direction to all responsible parties performing tasks related to Compliance activities.
- Identify, implement, and maintain Quality and Compliance Document Management System.
- Requires at least a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, other life science degrees or MBA plus 15 years of relevant
- Experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical or other GMP environment is required.
- Experience with international regulatory requirements and international business partners is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Effective and efficient evaluation of acceptability of contract manufacturer’s Quality Systems.
