Job Details

You will coordinate the quality, security, and maintenance of product data.

Responsibilities:
  • Help define data elements and adheres to established policies and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data.
  • Responsible for product information management as it relates to GDSN.
  • Works with the brand cross functional teams to ensure quality and accuracy of item information.
  • Create/maintain items in 1Worldsync.
  • Manage customer subscriptions and item publications.
  • Work with departments to collect and maintain product data.
  • Work with customers to review/correct product attributes.
  • Understand ERP systems and the relationship of product data to EDI.
  • Manage and resolve issues regarding day to day item issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams related to product development.
  • Inform and advise with regards to GTIN Allocation rules and packaging changes.
  • Understand ERP/JDE functions as related to tables, user requirements.
  • Maintain, update and troubleshoot scheduled jobs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1WorldSync or other GDSN Data Pool experience
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • OpenText/Biz product experience
  • Product information management experience - PLUS!
