Job Details

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of legal or relevant industry experience in the ERISA/employee benefits and executive compensation area.
  • Knowledge of tax-qualified retirement plans and ESOPs, health and welfare benefit plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and equity compensation programs.
  • JD Required.
  • Admittance to the Minnesota or Missouri State Bar required.
