Job Details

  • Lead and support transactions for companies in blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency
  • Advise clients on venture financing, alternative lending, and fund formation
  • Counsel on regulatory enforcement matters and compliance strategies
  • Guide traditional financial companies entering the fintech space
  • Draft and review agreements, focusing on securities, broker-dealer, and lender licensing laws

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ corporate finance transactions experience
  • Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach
  • Licensed and in good standing with the NY Bar
