Job Details
Our Ideal candidate will bring:
- Minimum 2+ years’ most recent experience as a Frontline Mortgage Underwriter within residential mortgage industry.
- Execute loan decisions and review loan conditions in a timely manner. Expected production level is 3-4 underwriting decisions per day.
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude willing to work with others
- (Nice to have) Government Delegated with CHUMS as DE Underwriter for FHA loans and LAPP/SAR for VA
