Job Details

Details:
  • $110k-$140k/yearly salary + 10% yearly bonus.
  • Company will pay relocation for the right candidate.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience Operational knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) process including demonstrated success in leading S&OP/ SIOP improvements across a global demand/supply network.
  • 5+ years’ experience Leading Supply Chain or operations in a multi-plant manufacturing and distribution environment, or experience in leading a financial planning process.
  • Leading a global matrix functional organization, including demand-supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory management, Quality & Sourcing.
  • Operating across geographic and cultural boundaries.
  • Application of principles of six sigma & lean within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the manufacturing process including changeover and set up, product lines, application and customer usage.


Key duties include:
  • Development & Execution of S&OP/SIOP Strategy.
  • Directing S&OP/ SIOP Operations.
  • Leading and Developing Talent.
