Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet these criteria:
1-3 years experience in HR capacity = HR Administrator, Recruiting Support, Employee Support, etc.
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with business users and vendors to address development issues.
Experienced in technical specification and use case (story) documentation.
Understanding of HR, payroll processes, and data structures preferred.
Experience with creating custom flows, fields, reports, forms, reports and other configurations preferred.
Create, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Support data analysis
Work cohesively with employees as the liaison for human resources.
Assist in employee requests for information
