Are you a seasoned HR professional with a knack for organization, a passion for people, and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced Consulting HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong command over HR operations and a commitment to ensuring the smooth running of HR processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR duties, including pre-employment procedures, onboarding new hires, file management, maintaining personnel records, processing applications, and handling W4 and I9 forms. The candidate should also have excellent customer service skills and experience conducting orientation, live scans, generating reports, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing pre-employment processes, including background checks and verification processes.
2. Coordinating the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization.
3. Maintaining organized and accurate personnel files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
4. Processing applications, W4, and I9 forms in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing employee queries, and resolving issues promptly.
6. Facilitating orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for their roles.
7. Conducting live scans and generating reports as needed.
8. Ensuring all HR documentation is accurate, updated, and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Consulting HR Coordinator position should have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in a consulting capacity.
3. Proven experience with pre-employment processes, onboarding, file management, personnel records maintenance, and processing applications, W4, and I9 forms.
4. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to address and resolve issues effectively.
5. Experience conducting orientations and live scans.
6. Proficiency in generating detailed reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
7. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
9. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
