Who can do the following work:
  • Culture advocate. Lead, demonstrate, define and drive the Culture of Entrepreneurship
  • HR strategy that fuels our growth. Strategize and execution on performance evaluation, organization design, compensation, benefits, employee development, employee relations and much more and create processes around them. Build a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
  • TA strategy that reflects our HR strategy. Influence the TA strategy by making sure our HR strategy is reflected in our recruiting process
  • New hire onboarding. Develop the training materials for new hires, design onboarding processes, and run onboarding sessions
  • Advisor for business partners. Provide wise counsel and partnership beyond HR best practices to influence business outcomes
Who has the following experience:
  • Bachelors degree, Masters preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR leadership role in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Impactful communicator both in written and verbal formats
  • Ability to influence and coach employees at all levels
  • Ability to make timely, effective and data- based decisions.
  • Experience with creating and implementing new HR strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies/procedures and employment law.
  • Understanding of Employee Relations and execution of performance plans.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and nimble environment
  • Proven project/program management skills
  • Strong resolve to create an innovative company culture that truly supports and fuels company's growth
