Job Details

We are seeking a paralegal with 7+ years of experience to support the Trademark practice group in our Minneapolis office. All employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy — in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark portfolio management
  • U.S. trademark prosecution, including conducting CorSearch preliminary trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, and monitoring application status
  • WIPO filings
  • Communicate regularly with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark prosecution and maintenance matters
  • Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring trademark infringement activities

Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of comprehensive US and foreign trademark paralegal experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Commitment to facilitating efficient processes and procedures
  • Paralegal certificate/degree preferred
