Infection Prevention & Patient Safety Manager
(Full-time, Permanent)

Actively seeking an Infection Prevention & Safety Manager to lead Quality, Patient Safety, Infection Control, Performance Improvement and Patient Experience programs. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years quality management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • 3-5 years’ experience running and overseeing patient safety, risk management, quality management and infection prevention activities preferably within a hospital setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • CPHQ (Certified Professional Health Care Quality) or CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) within 6 months of hire
  • 2+ years progressive leadership / management experience
  • Proficient experience complying, creating and presenting quality data
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission & CMS standards and regulations
