Job Details

IVF High Complexity Laboratory Director

Must Haves:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technologies with proven experience in micromanipulation.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience in HCLD
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and experience in training of laboratory staff.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing all aspects of an IVF laboratory, and knowledge of accreditation/inspection processes.
  • Experience in trophectoderm biopsy and vitrification of oocyte and embryos.
  • Proactive and creative problem solver who is solution-oriented, a consensus builder, and who works to help team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

This position requires an individual with a Ph.D. degree and HCLD certified by ABB in the subspecialties of Embryology and Andrology with at least 3 years of experience directing clinical laboratories serving the infertility field. The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
