IVF High Complexity Laboratory Director
Must Haves:
This position requires an individual with a Ph.D. degree and HCLD certified by ABB in the subspecialties of Embryology and Andrology with at least 3 years of experience directing clinical laboratories serving the infertility field. The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.

Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technologies with proven experience in micromanipulation.
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience in HCLD
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and experience in training of laboratory staff.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing all aspects of an IVF laboratory, and knowledge of accreditation/inspection processes.
- Experience in trophectoderm biopsy and vitrification of oocyte and embryos.
- Proactive and creative problem solver who is solution-oriented, a consensus builder, and who works to help team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
