Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, format, proofread, revise, profile, and save correspondence and drafts of documents to the document management system
  • Document reproduction, including printing, copying, scanning, and client file maintenance
  • Client billing activities such as time entry, proofreading, modifying, and sending client invoices
  • Client contact, monitor email and regular mail to resolve questions from clients and co-workers
  • Scheduling support, expense reimbursement management, and overall administrative support to two full-time attorneys
  • Assist additional attorneys as needed during support staff paid time off

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in Trust & Estate law
  • Capability to manage the workflow of multiple attorneys
