LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW) - PALLIATIVE CARE
MONDAY - FRIDAY SCHEDULE , 8AM-5PM

MONDAY - FRIDAY SCHEDULE , 8AM-5PM
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to be considered
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working in palliative care, hospice, chronic disease management, end of life care is preferred; will consider other relevant experience
- ACHP-SW certified preferred
- Experience working in crisis intervention, family therapy and providing support to palliative care patients and their families is preferred
- BLS/CPR certified or willing to obtain
