A bit about us:

We are a Corporate and Commercial Law firm looking to add a seasoned Life Sciences Attorney to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 3 + years of experience representing pharmaceutical/drug companies at a top national/international law firm or In-house for a large major pharmaceutical corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, editing, and drafting contracts for medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical companies. Someone that is willing get into the “weeds” of clinical trial agreements and other agreements related to the development of drug products. Ex: You will be reviewing/negotiating 10+ clinical trial agreements (and ancillary agreements related to clinical trials) each week. Job Details

Requirements:
  • JD from a top-tier law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado (or the ability to be waived into CO/obtain your CO license within 1 year of employment)
  • 3 (+) years of work experience representing pharmaceutical/drug companies at a top national or international firm, OR in-house for a large pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience with Life Science Contracts (reviewing, drafting, editing)
  • MUST have experience with Clinical Trial Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, R&D Agreements, Supply Agreements, etc.
