Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Charleston, SC - ONSITE
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary Range: $80k-$90k/year + bonuses

Job Details

Job Duties:
  • Trial preparation and attendance
  • Managing case files and discovery (including e-discovery platforms)
  • Reviewing and organizing medical records
  • Drafting, filing, and reviewing legal documents via PACER and e-filing systems
  • Preparing mediation and courtroom presentation materials
  • Coordinating clients, expert witnesses, and attorneys
  • Using Microsoft Office with fluency and efficiency
