Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, interact with clients, and assist in preparing for trial. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Preparing and organizing documents for depositions, hearings, and trial
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
  • Managing case files and maintaining document databases
  • Assisting in the preparation of trial exhibits and trial notebooks
  • Attending depositions, hearings, and trial as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned by attorneys

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
  • Familiarity with e-discovery and document review platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
