Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full time Office Manager to join our growing law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and managing administrative staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, legal assistants, and paralegals
  • Oversee all aspects of office management, including vendor management, IT management, and IT support
  • Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll functions, including AR/AP and financial reporting
  • Manage human resources functions, including employee benefits, recruitment, and performance management
  • Coordinate all aspects of firm marketing, including website management, social media, and marketing
  • Manage travel coordination for attorneys and staff
  • Maintain and update case management software, including JURIS and Trialworks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors
  • IT troubleshooting and support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a legal environment
  • Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, IT troubleshooting
  • Strong supervisory skills and experience managing a team
  • Experience with human resources functions, including recruitment and performance management
  • Experience with case management software, including JURIS and Trialworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications
