The ideal candidate for this role will have 7 + years of Estate Planning experience and be licensed to practice law in Oregon. Job Details

Requirements:
  • No book of business is required
  • At least 7 years of estate planning, business, and/or tax experience
  • Must have Estate, Trust, and Probate Litigation experience (if you are no longer wanting to be a Litigator, that is okay with them! they just need someone knowledgeable in this to help mentor others.)
  • JD Degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Oregon Bar, in good standing!
  • Excellent Business/Client Development talent (you don't need to have a book of business, even though that's a plus!)
  • Client-focused mentality, setting clear expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing a talented and experienced team, including Associates and legal staff, with the ability to delegate work efficiently
  • An ability to manage a large volume of cases
  • An interest in the business side of the firm
