Job Details
Requirements:
- No book of business is required
- At least 7 years of estate planning, business, and/or tax experience
- Must have Estate, Trust, and Probate Litigation experience (if you are no longer wanting to be a Litigator, that is okay with them! they just need someone knowledgeable in this to help mentor others.)
- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Oregon Bar, in good standing!
- Excellent Business/Client Development talent (you don't need to have a book of business, even though that's a plus!)
- Client-focused mentality, setting clear expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing a talented and experienced team, including Associates and legal staff, with the ability to delegate work efficiently
- An ability to manage a large volume of cases
- An interest in the business side of the firm
