Job Details

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.

The hours are 8am to 4:30pm, with no holidays, no call, and no weekends!

In this home health position, you will assist patients in their neuromuscular, orthopedic, or other physically related conditions.

We ask that you are BLS certified, have experience with an EMR system, and hold a current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license.

We offer a company car, or you have the option for mileage reimbursement with your own vehicle.
