Job Details
Our manufacturing company is looking for a talented and experienced Permanent Plant Controller to join our team. As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our plant. You will work closely with the plant management team to ensure that all financial goals and objectives are met. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Provide financial guidance and support to the plant management team
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
- Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting
- Manage accounts payable and other financial transactions
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Participate in change management initiatives to improve plant operations
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in plant controllership or related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong change management skills
- Strong inventory accounting skills
- Strong AP and financial transaction management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
