Job Details

What You'll Be Doing...
  • Leveraging your strong background in PLC Controls, you will be responsible for doing from scratch PLC development combined with maintaining existing systems
  • Develop the control systems for our revolutionary robotics system using commercial components
  • Transform functional requirements into concepts of operations, architectures, and low-level technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams including electrical, mechanical and, software engineering.
  • Help define, author, and improve processes to ensure efficiency, quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Write technical design documentation such as functional specifications, design verification plans and reports, presentations, etc.
  • Perform the evaluation of controllers, networks, and related components to optimize solutions for cost, performance, and reliability requirements.
  • Write code for PLC designs, conduct simulation and verification, and support validation.

What We're Looking For...
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience developing PLC-based controls in a professional environment
  • Familiarity with Siemens PLC
