What You'll Be Doing...
What We're Looking For...
- Leveraging your strong background in PLC Controls, you will be responsible for doing from scratch PLC development combined with maintaining existing systems
- Develop the control systems for our revolutionary robotics system using commercial components
- Transform functional requirements into concepts of operations, architectures, and low-level technical requirements.
- Collaborate with other technical teams including electrical, mechanical and, software engineering.
- Help define, author, and improve processes to ensure efficiency, quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Write technical design documentation such as functional specifications, design verification plans and reports, presentations, etc.
- Perform the evaluation of controllers, networks, and related components to optimize solutions for cost, performance, and reliability requirements.
- Write code for PLC designs, conduct simulation and verification, and support validation.
What We're Looking For...
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience developing PLC-based controls in a professional environment
- Familiarity with Siemens PLC
