- Minimum of 5 years experience in permanent, travel nursing or locums Healthcare recruitment or business development.
- Must be a past qualifier for CEO Club, Presidents Club or equivalent.
- Must be a top producer in your current firm/company.
- Experience in both recruiting and business development is highly preferred.
- Must have the motivation and skillset to run your own desk, build a pipeline and manage your book of business.
Details:
- $80k-$110k/yearly salary + commissions & quarterly bonuses.
- Fully Remote (we provide all necessary equipment).
- Every other Friday is Free Friday where we all take the day off to relax! :)
