We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Quantitative Crypto Trader to join a Crypto Hedge Fund in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEV/MM, crypto trading, quantitative trading, market making, and maximal extractable value. As a Permanent Quantitative Crypto Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades, managing risk, and generating profits for the fund.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trading strategies based on MEV/MM and other quantitative trading techniques
- Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies accordingly
- Execute trades across multiple crypto exchanges and liquidity pools
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with fund policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other traders and analysts to identify new trading opportunities
- Conduct research and analysis to improve trading performance and profitability
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies and make adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in crypto trading, market making, and quantitative trading
- Strong understanding of MEV/MM and other quantitative trading techniques
- Experience with trading across multiple crypto exchanges and liquidity pools
- Ability to manage risk and ensure compliance with fund policies and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
