Job Details
Bachelor’s degree or High school diploma or equivalent may be considered and:
This is a remote position and will work from home with the technology that we provide.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience processing residential mortgage loans
- Bond + Jumbo loan experience is REQUIRED***
- Encompass experience REQUIRED
- Role is also able to use dual titles and can originate their own loans from their own sources. This is typically family and friends or some basic referral sources.
- Make 70 basis points on any loan you originate and use the title of Mortgage Consultant when dealing with your own borrowers.
- Competitive Base Salary plus $100 per file incentive when assisting on your LO’s transactions (equates to around $18k/year)
- Do $3-5MM annually on your own originations it will add between $21k-$35k in additional compensation beyond your base salary and per file incentive.
- We love candidates with deep operational backgrounds, but who also have the people side of things and are really skilled with borrower contact
