Facility Services firm that provides preventive and predictive mechanical system maintenance and repair to condominiums, commercial, and institutional buildings.
Currently seeking a Sales Professional with proven success closing solutions based sales in HVAC Service / Preventative Maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates competent knowledge of mechanical systems, effectively identifying problems and proposing cost-effective solutions.
  • Qualifies leads, delivers effective sales presentations, and adeptly handles questions and objections to secure sales. Actively manages quotes to drive successful closures.
  • Efficiently plans and schedules appointments, optimizing personal time for maximum productivity.
  • Surveys mechanical systems, comprehends prospect needs and issues, and determines repair, modification, or replacement requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Offers recommendations for modifications, repairs, or replacements, ensuring clear understanding by customers and the operations department.
  • Estimates costs for proposed repairs/modifications/replacements, applying company pricing standards.
  • Understands customers' total cost of ownership and operation, translating that understanding into proposals that enhance facilities and reduce long-term costs.
  • Identifies prospects in the assigned market, promptly following up on leads and referrals. Builds customer rapport and maintains an active backlog of quotes to consistently meet booking goals.
  • Promptly addresses customer concerns, ensuring problem resolution and fostering long-term positive relationships.
  • Cultivates rapport and positive relationships with field, office, and management personnel to address challenges, leverage opportunities, and maximize profitability.
  • Builds rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors, and external agents, effectively representing the company's interests for enhanced profitability.
  • Collaborates with operations in vendor selection and timely purchase and delivery to facilitate prompt installations when applicable.
  • Prepares comprehensive, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, and necessary company paperwork in a timely manner. Maintains written records for delays, changes, special conditions, schedules, etc.
  • Supports special projects assigned by the manager, providing necessary assistance and contributions.

Required Experience
  • 5 years’ experience with troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems
  • Experinced in HVAC Sales/Preventive Maintenance (B@B)
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • City travel may be required
