We are actively recruiting for a litigation to join our client's prominent firm in New York City. We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of experience with bluebooking and cite-checking responsibilities. Previous experience in Delaware's Chancery Court is strongly preferred, but not required.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on securities laws and regulations
  • Draft and file legal documents
  • Manage and organize case files and exhibits
  • Conducting heavy cite-checking and Bluebooking responsibilities
  • Coordinating with court clerks, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
  • Assisting with Delaware Chancery Court filings and procedures

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on securities litigation, corporate law or corporate
governance
  • Strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations
  • Experience with Bluebook citation formatting and cite checking
  • Familiarity with Delaware Chancery Court procedures and filings
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy
