We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of experience with bluebooking and cite-checking responsibilities. Previous experience in Delaware's Chancery Court is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on securities laws and regulations
- Draft and file legal documents
- Manage and organize case files and exhibits
- Conducting heavy cite-checking and Bluebooking responsibilities
- Coordinating with court clerks, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
- Assisting with Delaware Chancery Court filings and procedures
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on securities litigation, corporate law or corporate
- Strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations
- Experience with Bluebook citation formatting and cite checking
- Familiarity with Delaware Chancery Court procedures and filings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
