Our company, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant - Manufacturing Accounting Hybrid. This role will be responsible for managing the financial health of our manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in accounting, particularly within the manufacturing sector. This position offers a unique blend of accounting responsibilities, allowing the candidate to be involved in various aspects of our business, from financial reporting to cost analysis.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant - Manufacturing Accounting Hybrid, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing division, including the preparation of financial reports, budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts.
2. Performing full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/AR, journal entries, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes.
3. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
4. Managing the cost accounting system, procedures, and cost control measures.
5. Using SAP software for financial planning and management, as well as for processing and recording transactions.
6. Collaborating with the manufacturing team to analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance compared to the business plans.
7. Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Assisting in the development of budgets and financial plans for the company.
9. Preparing and presenting financial reports to management, stakeholders, and board members.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the Senior Accountant - Manufacturing Accounting Hybrid position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, with a preference for those with experience in the manufacturing sector.
3. Proficiency in using SAP software for various accounting functions.
4. Extensive knowledge of full-cycle bookkeeping practices, including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end/year-end close processes.
5. In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Proven experience in cost accounting and financial management within a manufacturing environment.
7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other accounting software.
