Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employment Litigation Defense Attorney with over 7 years of litigation and trial experience to join our dynamic employment law team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employment law, a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
  • A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, specifically in employment law defense.
  • Proven trial experience with a strong record of favorable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
