This is a permanent role for a seasoned professional who will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our ERP Master Data. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our data strategy, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across a variety of enterprise clients. This role will also involve working closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the master data management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their data needs and translate these into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation to support data quality and governance.
- Drive the design and implementation of data integration and data transformation processes, leveraging tools such as Informatica, Azure, and AWS.
- Use Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Zoho Analytics to deliver insights and support decision-making.
- Leverage advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance our data capabilities.
- Manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in ERP master data management, and drive continuous improvement in our data capabilities.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on ERP master data management.
- Proven experience with ELT, Databricks, Database Architecture, and Data Pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Zoho Analytics.
- Strong understanding of data integration and data transformation, with experience using tools such as Informatica, Azure, and AWS.
- Experience with Data Lakes and Data Ingestion processes.
- Knowledge of the Supply Chain and Life Science industries would be an advantage.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant areas would be an advantage.
