Job Details
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join our team in the scientific industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, financial analysis, and FP&A. An MBA or CPA is preferred, and previous experience in a software development company is a plus. The successful candidate will be familiar with agile methodologies and Workday financial systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the organization.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators.
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and FP&A.
- Experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Previous experience in a software development company is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Workday financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
