Job Details

Qualifications to be considered for the role:
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience working in the nonprofit industry is a plus
  • Can start immediately

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoices and reports for contracts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain and update systems for contract billing and redesign as needed.
  • Organize and manage grant documentation, including narratives, budgets, agreements, and invoices.
  • Review monthly expense and salary reports, ensuring accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing and modifying contract budgets.
  • Support audits, monitoring visits, and related document preparation.
  • Address contract billing issues with representatives as needed.
  • Collaborate on grant proposal budgets and expenditure reporting.
  • Develop controls for tracking budget variances, forecasts, and funding availability.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and communicate with funders.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
