Our client has an immediate need for a tax attorney to join their Hackensack offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.
Interested candidates must have 3+ years of substantive tax experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. An LL.M in Taxation or Estate Planning is strongly preferred. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced tax attorneys who represent a diverse mix of clients in tax planning, tax litigation, international tax, tax controversies, and corporate tax matters.

Minimum 3 years of tax experience in a law firm setting required for consideration.
