Job Details

  • Supporting our clients on front-line help desk support, onsite client support and on implementation projects
  • Installing, configuring and supporting local desktop applications in a Windows based environment
  • Recommending and implementing solutions that will help to propel our reputation
  • Working closely with senior leadership on opportunities where technical expertise is required during the client sales and business development process

MUST HAVE, experience with:


  • 3+ yrs of Desktop support experience
  • Active Directory (creating users, groups and group policies; adding workstations to domains; manage file server shares and permissions)
  • Office365 (email, Office Suite)
  • Basic Networking (VPN, internet connectivity)

NICE TO HAVE, experience with:

  • Managed Service Provider or Professional Services background
  • AWS or Azure
  • Microsoft Office 365 Management
