Job Details
- Supporting our clients on front-line help desk support, onsite client support and on implementation projects
- Installing, configuring and supporting local desktop applications in a Windows based environment
- Recommending and implementing solutions that will help to propel our reputation
- Working closely with senior leadership on opportunities where technical expertise is required during the client sales and business development process
MUST HAVE, experience with:
- 3+ yrs of Desktop support experience
- Active Directory (creating users, groups and group policies; adding workstations to domains; manage file server shares and permissions)
- Office365 (email, Office Suite)
- Basic Networking (VPN, internet connectivity)
NICE TO HAVE, experience with:
- Managed Service Provider or Professional Services background
- AWS or Azure
- Microsoft Office 365 Management
