We are looking to bring on a Corporate Transactional Lawyer who will focus on helping businesses with all different types of transactions, like mergers, sales, and acquisitions.

Job Details

  • Help with contracts or agreements when it comes to large business transactions.
  • Specialize in corporate finance.
  • Help with estate planning, drafting wills, power of attorney, negotiating leases, and filing tax documents on their client's behalf.
