Job Details

  • At least 3 years of Underwriting experience
  • Bachelor Degree preferred or High School Diploma w/ experience
  • Experience with various Loan Options including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA etc.
  • Accurately condition loan file based off loan application and documentation provided
  • Efficiently and effectively process a pipeline of loans on a daily basis consisting of portfolio loans.
  • Ability to perform daily underwriting duties including Purchase Money and Refinance loans.
