Job Details
- At least 3 years of Underwriting experience
- Bachelor Degree preferred or High School Diploma w/ experience
- Experience with various Loan Options including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA etc.
- Accurately condition loan file based off loan application and documentation provided
- Efficiently and effectively process a pipeline of loans on a daily basis consisting of portfolio loans.
- Ability to perform daily underwriting duties including Purchase Money and Refinance loans.
