I hold a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and am currently a PhD candidate in the same field. My background in workplace behavioral science, combined with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and extensive practical experience, allows me to integrate lean-agile methodology and evidence-based strategies into every stage of the recruitment process.
