I have yet to hear about the Kindergartener in the circle who says, “when I grow up, I want to be a Recruiter!” But darn it, I think I just might be her.
Somewhere between joy and devotion is where I hit on the scale with my career, it’s true + the gratitude for that is not lost on me.
A major piece of my happiness puzzle is getting to work with amazing organizations and candidates, it does help that I am also deeply passionate about finding great people great opportunities.
There is unmatched energy within recruitment, I’ve found it in the over 5,000 candidates I’ve placed into a job, I’ve found it in the lifelong relationships that have developed alongside. I’ve felt this energy in the passion I bring to it daily. I can genuinely say, “I want to be a Recruiter when I grow up,” and that makes it easy.
