I've worked in the recruitment industry for almost 6 years, ultimately gaining experience in B2B sales, talent marketing, physician locums (moonlighting) & sourcing/recruiting at a variety of levels. I'm an ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of never missing quotas, excelling above my target numbers, and contributing on the sales floor.

Why do I do what I do?

As a Principal Recruiter, I take pride in ensuring that placements are a strong match for all parties involved - I'm interested in finding people careers rather than simply jobs.

My early professional experiences exposed me to the world of work from different perspectives and ignited a passion for empowering professionals to find their preferred career. I started my recruiting profession partnering with physicians, offering parttime or fulltime employment options, out of residency. I have recently shifted my focus & fortunately have had the opportunity to work with Associates & Attorneys, Paralegals, & Tax professionals, experienced in multiple industries.

I have a strong track of leadership: lead a team of 10 sales representatives to be the top performing team year over year knocking doors. Strong passion for driving revenue and building a winning team atmosphere among others to encourage high-performance. I thrive at exceeding quotas, hiring, developing, and motivating teams in all environments.
