Over 13 years of experience in the Staffing Industry with expertise in both Recruiting and Sales. My recruiting foundation was built on Technology recruitment, however as I've progressed in my career my focus has become broader with the addition of Renewable Energy, Construction, Engineering, Medical Device, Public Accounting, and Mortgage.

My experience is on both sides of the desk, so I have a unique understanding of what clients and candidates want and need. I aim to provide a consultative approach as I combine those skills in a hybrid role of recruiting and account management, creating the best possible experience for both candidates and clients alike. I pride myself on being accessible, hard-working, organized, timely, and detail-oriented, as well as mitigating the inherent risk that comes with the recruiting lifecycle.
