Mr. Prater is an experienced scientist and recruiter with over 800 successful candidate placements within the regulated manufacturing industries. He recruits everything from Operations, Production, Quality & Regulatory, Accounting/Finance, R&D and Sales. Technician level through C-Suite. His primary area of expertise is within the Food, Flavor and Ingredient manufacturing space.
Mr. Prater also is actively involved with the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) where he has served on the Board of Directors for the Florida section since 2019.
Mr. Prater is passionate about developing industry connections (over 8000 and counting) with a variety of professionals of all levels.
Mr. Prater is currently a Recruiting Manager with Jobot where he both manages a team and actively recruits for his own clients.
