I am a seasoned legal recruiter with over 16 years of staffing and recruiting experience. I've dedicated my career to helping law firms and companies grow by adding great talent that fits their unique needs. The majority of my work is placing lateral associates with law firms.

What sets me apart is the time and work I dedicate to sourcing and qualifying attorneys, and my focus on saving my client’s time with a streamlined approach. I thrive on finding the perfect fit for both candidates and clients while streamlining the hiring process for efficiency. My passion lies in being a recruiting leader, where I take pride in mentoring and coaching recruiters, and fostering a collaborative culture that values innovation and autonomy.

I'm proud to be part of Jobot, who has become a leader in legal staffing, where I can network with hundreds of other recruiters to find candidates.
