A little about me...I come from humble beginnings like many of you out there. My mom, sister, and I were fighting for all my childhood sharing the same bed in a tiny bedroom for as long as I can remember. We were packed like sardines! Throughout my childhood, my mother taught me to always respect everyone that I meet, to always smile through the trials and tribulations that life will throw at you, and to always show love and kindness to those around you. I’ve taken these life lessons to every aspect of my life, including my professional career. I believe that what has made me successful isn’t my talent. I hardly had any at the start of my career. What has really contributed to my success is the respect that I have with everyone that I interact with whether you are a CEO of a multimillion-dollar company or whether you are a janitor with a huge dream to conquer. I will take these lessons to make a difference in the lives of my candidates and my clients. Growth happens outside of your comfort zone and I will be more than happy to take on this journey with you.
