For as long as I can remember, I have always been the type of person that likes to meet and connect with new people. A passion of mine has always been to understand what motivates people and then leverage this understanding through coaching and building capacity in others to bring out their best. This passion combined with high emotional intelligence is what led me to a career in Operations.

I am a passionate, results-driven Operations + HR Professional with ten years of experience working in various capacities from Individual Contributor to Division Head. I have spent my career working for large established companies as well as embracing the culture of the start-up world and everything in between. Throughout my career, I have been promoted several times to growing levels of responsibility due to my ability to take on new roles and deliver immediate value to the business. I specialize in designing high performing organizations through strategic planning, enabling human capital, and implementing impactful programs to drive business results.
