I LOVE helping people, that's why I'm a recruiter. I love people and I am passionate about helping them achieve their career goals. At the same time, I love helping our clients find that A-Player that will help take their organization to the next level.
Success is dependent on effort. I will work as hard as I need to for the client AND the candidate. I truly enjoy getting to know the people that I work with (their career goals, their personality and what type of environment they would best thrive in). I also like to get to know our client and what their company's culture and environment is all about. It is definitely NOT just about the candidate's experience, it is also about the chemistry and best culture fit for that candidate, as well as the best fit for the client. Successful recruitment to me is making sure I am creating the right "marriage" for both the candidate and the organization.
I have 20+ years of experience in the Staffing Industry. I started in 1999 at Shuler and Associates where I recruited nationwide for Advertising and Sales/Marketing candidates in the areas of Food and Beverage. Some of my clients were Outback Steakhouse, Wendy's, Burger King, and Coors Brewing.
I joined Amtec Human Capital in 2005 and started as a Staffing Manager. I recruited locally and nationwide for candidates in the areas of Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, and Sales and Marketing. In 2009, I was promoted to Sr. Staffing Manager in our Direct Hire Division. I managed recruiters on the Direct Hire Team and continued to actively source for new candidates and clients.

I started my own company, Empowered Employment, LLC, in 2015 and had it for five exciting years. It taught me a lot and I'm so happy I had that experience. Staffing is in my blood. I started at my uncle's company and he taught me everything about the business. He had his company for 30 years and always told me I should start my own business someday and it finally happened!

I've been with Jobot since June, 2020 and I LOVE working here with the BEST CEO ever and amazingly talented and ambitious people!! In addition to working with such great people, we also have so many fun quarterly parties and events!! Jobot ROCKS!!
