Jerry Sipocz

I’m a staffing professional with over 15 years in the industry. After graduating from Shepherd University, I accepted a position in recruiting here in Maryland. I immediately fell in love with the industry. In late 2016, I took a brief hiatus from recruiting to pursue a childhood dream of joining my family's automotive business. Soon after, I realized that the family business wasn’t my calling and that I missed the people, clients, and candidates that I worked with while in recruiting. Luckily, a role opened up, allowing me to transition back into recruiting. After nearly 15 years in the industry, I decided to join Jobot.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, eating pizza, drinking coffee, and running. If I’m not hanging out with my wife and daughters, you can find me running the trails of Howard County. When I finally take a break to sit down, I enjoy watching an array of HBO series, sports, and any movie that will make me laugh.
