Leadership for organizations that change lives. I specialize in Director-to-C-suite leadership and executive search across Behavioral Health, Autism/ABA, I/DD, and Specialized Education/NPS.

I work with organizations and leaders across clinical, operations, people, finance, quality, and executive leadership, particularly where growth, transformation, clinical complexity, or organizational scale make getting the leadership hire right especially important.

For organizations: my approach starts with the mandate, not a stack of résumés. What does this leader need to accomplish over the next 12–24 months? I map the relevant market, identify the environments where that work has already been done, and engage leaders whose experience translates, including people who may never enter the applicant pool.

For leaders: I want to understand more than your title. What have you built, improved, scaled, or changed? Where are you strongest? What kind of organization and mandate would make your next move meaningful? Even when there isn't an immediate search, I believe the best executive-search relationships are built long before someone needs a job.

My connection to this work is personal as well. I'm the father of a nonverbal autistic son, and my family has experienced both the extraordinary impact great clinicians can have and the disruption created by turnover and inconsistent support. It's given me a perspective on this industry that goes well beyond recruiting.

I believe great leadership sits upstream of so much that matters: clinician experience, culture, quality, sustainable growth, access, and ultimately the experience of the families these organizations serve.
