As an Executive Manager (and hands-on Recruiter) at Jobot, I help match top engineering and operations talent with exciting career growth opportunities in aerospace nationally. My areas of expertise are leadership and executive opportunities in engineering, continuous improvement, supply chain, quality, and program management. I also offer contract staffing & retained executive search support.

Prior to joining Jobot, I was the Recruiting Team Leader for a Fortune 500 aerospace company, where I managed a team of up to six recruiters and personally hired over 500 people. I decreased the time-to-fill by nearly 50% as a team leader while contributing to various talent management initiatives such as university recruiting, DEI strategy, OFCCP compliance, and global KPI reporting.
